Awesome family owned business! Staff is very client focus. This was my first experience with them, and won’t be the last. Service team went out of there way to help us on very short notice. They have experienced staff and they have great knowledge of trailers.

Since we moved across Canada to Abbotsford BC in the spring of 2022, I continually miss the AWESOME staff of Vos Trailers. So far I have yet to find a dealer that give us the exceptional service that we got accustom to. I do miss the Vos trailer family. I am staying hopeful that I will find a comparable dealer in BC’s Lower mainland.

I went to Vos recently for my first time to have them replace a window on my small trailer. The service was excellent and all the staff were great and so helpful. Rosie the dog is adorable! Vos will be my new go to for service.

We had a great experience purchasing our new Winnebago 2529RG.Salesman Steve was very knowledgeable. Everyone in parts and service have been wonderful to us both. After being turned away from 2 other RV service places in the area the folks at VOS took the time to listen and help us with fixing a crank wire on our Jayco pop-up camper as we were were on our way to Newfoundland. Truly an example of dedication to customer service. Can't thank them enough for helping us out. Highly recommended!

Had a great experience here! As a newer owner to a camper van - I found everyone very friendly and Gord took the time to answer my questions and look up some old parts for me. And had my camper back quickly. Thanks! Will certainly be back.

All I can say is, I wish I could delete my 5 star review from earlier and have a real hard time giving one star but I had to so I could post this review. I purchased a new trailer last fall and had it moved to a permanent camping site this spring. In less than 2 months the fridge stopped working, so I called and spoke with Gord. Not very well versed in customer service. I was told that I would have to bring the trailer to them so they could do the warranty work. Well that was not an option for us. I would have to pay someone to remove the blocks that I paid someone to set up for us, then pay someone to tow the trailer over 100k to their shop. Of course, it would probably sit on they lot for an undetermined amount of time waiting for parts and what not. Then have to tow it back to my campsite and pay to have it leveled and set up again. Probably between $2500 and $3000 out of pocket for me. Oh yes, Gord's response was If you own a Ford
